    Toilet won't flush properly

Does anyone know why my Close Coulped toilet will not flush properly? When I press the flush lever it takes maybe 2 or 3 times before the toilet flushes fully. Usually it only takes 1 pull of the lever. Thanks, Stefan.

What type of Consumer Unit should I choose?

The radial circuits are just sockets (no heater/shower/cooker). I am getting this professionally installed but need to keep the price down so I am getting the parts myself. I presume the 100amp CU rating is the max total load for the all circuits added together?

What type of Consumer Unit should I choose?

I have 5 radial circuits (20amp MCB's) plus the lights (6amp MCB). Am I OK with a Volex 8 way insulated consumer unit with 100A DP isolator or must the electrical system's total amps be under 100?. Thanks.

Can you wire a spur socket from another spur?

    It's wired into the same way as a ring main. I think it's 2.5mm. It's a 30amp fuse.

Can you wire a spur socket from another spur?

I have a socket that is wired as a spur to the consumer unit (so it is not a ring main - just one double socket). This socket has another socket connected to it as a spur. Is this OK? Thanks, Stefan.

    Ring main circuit

When I wire a ring main from the consumer unit, does the ring eventually come back to the same connection in the fuse box or a unused one? Also if I wire a socket from the consumer unit with no return, can I run another socket from this first socket as a spur. Thanks, Stefan.

    Electrical spur extension

Is it OK to run a spur straight from the consumer unit by connecting the wiring to an already used fuse in the comsumer unit. I know I can run a spur from any socket but can I run a spur from an already used connection in the consumer unit? Thanks, Stefan.

    Asbestos in Storage Heater

I have recently opened a Unidare S250 storage heater by mistake and removed some of the lining inside. It looks a bit like rock wool or loft insulation. Does anybody know if this model contains asbestos? Thanks, Stefan.
