Hi Thanks for the reply, Came back after a couple of weeks away to plaster completely soaked and mouldy. Looking at the exterior brickwork there is a full crack in one of the bricks that leads into crumbled mortar so i think this may be the culprit. Any ideas how one goes about resolving this...

I have a concrete driveway which is too high, see attached images. The drive is quite long (think 4.5 car lengths) and slopes downwards away from the house. We are seeing damp issues in the room to the right of the doorway (see second image). There are 3 waste drainage channels along the drive...
