Sorry for my English!! The technician came and the belt was not placed on properly. He fixed it and it is working great.

We just receive our new Ge washer and dryer (front doors) and the water doesn\\\'t seem to get to the right level and it doesn\\\'t spin at all... We tried everything. Any suggestions other than yes we did take out the 4 screws in the back. Thanks in advance. :(
