i took the tap appart all the way dowm to the discs they were fine. how do i get the grey plastic housing out now? i will asume the rubber washer is under this? please help...............????

hot water is trickling from the tap when switched off please can anybody advise me what the problem could be??? ps. cold water is running fine.. :?:
