Hi just replaced the main incomer to an rcd 30ma but when connected trips with in a few mins or hours also when tested the unit does not disconnect i initialy thought it was a faulty unit but replaced and still the same any ideas

Hi recently had prob with baxi 105e no h/w or c/h told to change pcb. I did this and it rectified the h/w problem but c/h now comes on but only lights the firsy 2 neons then clicks off have changed the thermister but to no avil any ideas anyone please :?:
