the blow off was constantly dripping and losing pressure, so i bought a knew pressure relief valve and changed it as instruction manual. filled the system back up to standard 1.5 bar after 5 minutes the pressure gauge is shooting right upto 3 - 3.5 bar. what could be the cause of this?

i have a worcester 280 rsf, the hot water is fine no problems. when i select the c/h it goes through the motions fires up ok but after about 10 - 20 seconds it cuts out, after about 3 mins tries again but does the same thing. anybody have any ideas many thanks.
