elm boiler from france,was in when i moved in 4 years ago ++++++++++++++++++++ elm leblanc

when i put my central heating on,or hot water,the boiler displays big flames,after 5 mins the big flames turn to small flames and im unable to get hot water and the centrel heating isnt has warm as it should be,what causes this,any ideas please
