New house 13 years ago. In that time have replaced HS3 actuator about 4 times and complete assembly once (last year)
Symptoms are.
1. Hot water does not come on.
2. Heating comes on but does not regulate temperature.
It seems that the system is trying to heat the boiler but valve sticks...
