BATH HOT WATER ISOLATOR VALVE STUCK

Sorry I should add the following: HW is from a sealed system with Ideal Classic boiler with header tank in bedroom cupboard just above cylinder the bottom of which is roughly level with the location of the bath HW supply gate valve. Have tried to turn, tried applying WD40 to spindle and a...

Is there anything I can do (as a non plumber/electrician) until such time as I can get an expert? Is it safe (and dry) to take the cover off and se the problem - ofcouse isolating the power? Or is it just an expert job full stop?

    COLD RAD

Do you mean turning LSV anti-clokwise, then no. Is it worth a try and if so what would you recomend as "slightly" - how many turns? BTW the cold rad is closer to the boiler than the bedroom rad. thanks for your promt response.

HAVE FULLY OPENED LSV & TRV. TRV PIN IS NOT STUCK. I THINK THE SHOWER ROOM IS SPARRED OFF OF THE BEDROOM PIPES. ANY...
