could the pressure release valve be faulty as it's letting the water strate out the boiler

yesterday the pressure bar only droped when the hot or cold water was used this morning i cant even fill it to 1 bar, as soon as i turn the filling loop on the pressure bar rise's to lets say 0.5 then the water starts ****ing out the overflow pipe of the boiler,

bleed the radiators the other day as the 1 in the front room wasn't getting hot then yesterday there was no bar pressure showing, filled the boiler back up but the water just keeps flowing out the overflow pipe. ain't got a clue when it comes to boilers but good with electrics. thanks for...
