We're considering having cavity wall insulation. We had someone here yesterday to do a survey. Two of the test spots were less than 47mms. so he said we couldn't have it done. Does this sound right?

Our central heating went off this morning and we noticed the red lockout light was on on the boiler. We've reset it, but can anyone tell me why this would happen. It hasn't happened before.
