    A proper job to glaze into timber windows would be more than £25 labour. The old putty/butyl needs to be stripped off, the rebate cleaned, the beads cleaned of any putty/butyl then the new piece bedded into some fresh butyl.

    For calling freephone numbers I use the number: 020 0222 0700 and then enter the freephone number. The 0202 number comes out of my inclusive minutes and don't get charged extra for the freephone part.

    All's well that ends well...I think. Just done the works for him. It turns out that I didn't need parts (new door lock) as the problem was that it wasn't fitted properly in the first place. Just got to bill him for labour to open jammed door (dodgy lock) refit lock etc.
