Hi Rob884 Do you mean after the eq. valve and before the shower or before the eq valve? I suspect the former as it seems to be the valve that is at fault? Anyone know whether I have a faulty valve? Seems odd that it should do this considering the purpose of the product...? Many thanks.

I've had a similar problem. On the pipe that supplies the coil, I have a T junction with a vertical pipe and an automatic air valve. Strange place to put one so I suspect it was installed to overcome historical problems. I took the valve off and connected a hose to the pipe and forced cold...

Right... The twin pump has gone back and I've ordered a single pump and the Pressure eq valve. They should arrive during the week and will be fitted next weekend, assuming Baby doesn't put in an appearance in the meantime! I'll let you know if it works.... Fingers crossed. :?

Thanks Watersystems. Just to clarify are you siggesting: Split the hot supply to 2 pipes. One to each side of the pump. Bring the output of the pump together into 1 pipe. Fit the hot and mains cold to the pressure equlalisation valve and then feed to the mixer tap.... FWIW I have a tank...
