thanks i will give it a try, the make is honeywell and yes its the sync that i changed

i have replaced the head of the mv for the hot water, however it does not fully operate, whereby it starts then stops if i give it a tap on the side this helps sometimes but is not a solution, i have tried moving the head as i understand that i may not have it central but still no joy, any help...
