    Flushing a radiator yourself - how?

    Hi all I'm planning on removing a downstairs old radiator to flush it through. There seems to be little advise on how to flush it once off the wall. Do you do this in the garden with a hosepipe under pressure? Any advise very welcome to make the job as effective as possible. Richard.
