Thx very much for the help, will get one on Monday..... the micro switches look exactly the same is that the case ?

just checked both the micro switches both are not stuck in on position, you can see the primary switch pin move and push the switch on, the h/w switch doesnt seem to move i removed it and it seems a little damp inside....... just put it back on half way through writing this and all is working...

If i turn combi on the burner and green hot water light come on together, but there there is no demand for H/W, the water temp if fine !!

Halstead Ace High is heating rads up whilst in Hot Water Mode , the green central heating LED does not come on anymore just the Hot water LED Thermostat turned to min. Hot water to taps works fine. Im having to turn combi off until we need hot water Any ideas chaps??
