Could anyone help please regarding a clanking sound which seems to come from the bottom of the machine. It sounds like plastic on plastic if that makes sense rather than anything metal. It's gradually getting louder and it's not the water spinning blades as I have had the trays out to test it...

Thanks for trying to help. Will try Gardtec again but failing that can anyone suggest a simple two zone system to replace the Gardtec 350. No remote needed just simple programming, two PIR sensors and outside wall mounted alarm to connect. Thanks
