Thanks very much. It is only 3 years old though and quite loud especially at night. Worth renewing perhaps?

This device and the whle system seems to be working Ok, but it is getting very hot and emitting a constant loud buzzing noise (even when heating and hot water switched off). Is this normal? I am afraid that it is continung to 'actuate' and burn up electricity needlessly. Cheers...
