the water does drain during the dry cycle but not during any other cycle do if it does drain during dry I don't think itis blocked

I have a whirlpool dishwasher model #DU910PFGGo during wash cycle the water is overflowing and not draining at the proper cycle and leaking from door. If I put it on dry then the water does come out. The motor and pump is working we checked it out but it seems it is not turning on quick enough...
