Have done and they are sending an engineer on Monday...i was just hoping there may be some quick fix to reset the machine First the delivery company sent the wrong model and now after only one day this happens....very frustrating !!

I have had a Hoover Washer Dryer HNWL7146 for 1 day ...took out a second load of completed washing.......and now the door will not close...no amount of switching the machine on and off or removing the electricity will make the door lock shut Any ideas anyone ?!?
