    Electric shower goes cool

Checked the filter.....clean....made no difference. As said in the first post........the flow of water does NOT change. My thoughts is that the heater can is faulty? Anyone had the problem with any other heater can? Or maybe the thermal cut out operating?

    Electric shower goes cool

I have a Trition Aquatronic 3 shower 9.5kW which has been installed for around 6 months. My problem is that after a period it goes cool for about 10 seconds and then returns to normal. The water flow rate remains the same so I'm sure its not caused by someone turning on a tap etc (or washer...

    Wylex type 2 MCB's

Yes, but it was OK'd when we bought the house five years ago so it may be 'on the edge'. My original question though was .....it it easy to replace the 30A MCB with a 40A. It looks like you have to remove the bottom busbar but there don't appear to be any screw and it looks to be all in one...

    Wylex type 2 MCB's

Hi. The MCB on my shower has started to trip. The shower has been installed for years with no problems. When I checked the MCB I noticed it was a 30A. The shower is 8.5kW the cable is 6mm. Now with further investigation I have discovered that the MCB is a type 2 (Wylex) so replacing with a...

Hi My Beko dishwasher has water in the bottom (about 50mm deep) every time it finishes a wash. The hoses are fitted correctly and the filters are all clean. Is there some sort of sensor in the dishwasher which should pump out this water, please. The wash cycle operates correctly on each wash...

Coupling microbore to standard (15mm) radiators

Hi I have removed my bathroom radiator and wish to fit a small towel radiator. I have purchased a 600mm width radiator and the existing pipes will match up perfectly as long as the fittings are the 'straight through' type. Howevert the system is fitted with microbore 8mm pipes. What is...
