Thanks Ch427 & Steve. I've just been out to see if I can hear the actuators moving, but strangely the central locking is now fully operational again !!! I cant decide if this is a good thing or not (think it's a good thing) since sometimes an intermittent problem can be tricky to correct...

My 02 Focus has recently developed a strange central locking problem. The key fob button locks & opens all doors expect the drivers !! . I can only lock / unlock the drivers door manually using the key. Any ideas for cause / solution ? Cheers ____________________________ Lynda...
