I agree, it works both ways, but I am one of those people that paid...silly cow that i am, becasue I paid upfront....trusting little devil!!!! Maybe a site that highlights both sides????

I am not sure that i am in the right place, but wondered if someone could advise me...I paid a builder in Feb 07 to knock a back kitchen wall into the outside loo and old coal house, both defucnt..He knocked the loo and coal house down, then disappered, I know, i should not have paid him..lesson...
