Hi all, I have an Optia HE18 boiler. When i woke this morning i found we had no hot water. When i checked the boiler i had no pilot light. I followed the procedure to restart it switching it off. When i switched it back on there was a soft double click, after waiting the recommeded 15 seconds...

I would do this with a jug? on just one of the taps?
