    Thanks for reply Tony,I tried that initially with no luck,at minute I've had downstairs hot with upstairs rads off and I've opened three out of four upstairs now and downstairs now struggling,balancing I shut off all rads opened inlets and only opened out let's quarter to half a turn this didnt...

    Just a quick question our neighbours have I believe a condensate boiler as a drain line has appeared in the shared passage way between our houses,the drain is above head height and what comes out runs down their window and wall,if this is is this illegal as I know the condensate can be acidic...

    Checked tank in loft it's very Luke warm not cold so to speak,pump speed is onhigh (3)as it has been for a while,I have one radiator permantly isolated due to fridge backs on to it will this not help ?others downstairs with upstairs off are warm but not hot don't seem to be cold...
