Anyone can say they are competent......But the only way to prove it is by passing all the relevant gas courses..

Cooker hoses and hobs Do Not go together well. the oven underneath tends to damage the rubber and cause GAS LEAKS.

a pressure switch

most apollos have a overheat stat with connecting wires into the t/c wonder if that has been changed recently. and check the connections onto the t/couple are tight.

i have been using it for years on old spacesavers and bbu,s a good product. you may need to repeat every 2/3 years. phil

no checked pilot solenoid, it is a very rare fault but it turned out to be the main solenoid on the gas valve, had to change the complete valve.

and dont forget the old gas valve, which can some times send wrong information back to the board
