Hi Hammerhead Sounds to me like your timing is out, need to get timing light and check against timing marks on flywheel.

I have a L reg Renault Clio with a leak in the metal pipe running along the front of the block which connects to two rubber hoses at the end. I am trying to remove the metal pipe but can not see how it is held where it joins the main block. Any body help/tell me how to remove? haynes manual...
