we've just removed a vinyl wallpaper from plasterboard walls and it's taken off the plaster skim but just in patches. We want to emoulsion (forgive the spelling) the walls. Other than lining paper, is there anything we can put on the walls to produce a smooth finish ready for painting? Thanks.
