Replacing nut on radiator - think the thread has gone.

I took a couple of radiators off last week to redecorate. One has gone back on fine but the other I am having trouble with on the non-thermostat side. I'm not sure if the radiator has just been rehung at a very slight angle and the pipe is coming at it at not quite 90 degrees or if, as it seems...

    Replace old toilet seat

Hi all, I'm trying to replace an old toilet seat but I found these screws once I removed the seat. I tried everything to remove them but the screws won't budge. I'm not sure whether there is a trick with the wing nut but the screws seem completely stuck. Any ideas? Thank you!

    M8 to M6 Reducer

I have a small lamppost fixed to the ground with threaded bar (set deep into 2' of concrete). Unfortunately the M8-sized bars aren't long enough to go entirely through the base of the lamppost. My plan is to use an M8 to M6 reducer as I have a long length of M6 threaded bar which can extend the...
