Hi all, First time poster, looking for some advice/help. My shower is dripping and I believe the shower cartridge needs changing. Does anyone recognise the type below? And any advice on how to remove? It doesn't seem to have the removal mechanisms seen on other types. Is it possibly something...

Shower cartridge removal - nut won't budge

Morning all I've had a dripping shower for a year or so - a Grohe Grohtherm 3000. Plumber came and replaced the hot/cold cartridge but it made no difference so I'm assuming it's the mixer cartridge that has the leak. Although I've told the plumber he's not responding so I thought I'd look...

Hi, I'm trying to remove the cartridge on this exposed shower mixer, but I can't for the life of me figure out what comes off next. I've removed the flow control handle and the little grub screw inside. I'm thinking I need to unscrew the outer chrome ring where the flow handle was connected...

    Shower - Always Warm

I have a Triton HP Combi shower in my bathroom. It's probably 20 years old. Recently it has been acting a bit strange - if I turn the water temperature all the way down, the water is still a bit warm. It used to be ice cold. Maybe it doesn't matter...I'm not one for taking freezing cold...

Dripping shower head, but why 'renew the thermostatic cartridge'..?

If the head is dripping, surely it is the flow cartridge that needs attention (i.e. re-seating or replacement)? The User Guide explicitly mentions the (vastly more expensive) thermostatic cartridge, whereas the (cheaper but harder to obtain) flow cartridge does not get a mention. Hopefully...
