straps wallplate

hi all hope someone can clear this up ? we are part way through our single storey extension and looking at the drawing ive hit a little wall. it states :- "bat sph hangers to ridge,ms straps to cp111 at max 2m crs. across new walls & bird mouthed into wall plate." then further down says :-...
