unvented gassafe notification building regulations

just had unvented cylinder and new boiler installed - very nice too installer has not completed Benchmark for either system - will this affect guarantees in event of a claim? Gas Safe certificate records installation of the boiler only - should it also state the unvented cylinder for Building...
