I recently painted a room in my house and the coverage is large great and consistent, but there are a few patches that almost appear damp to look at, but aren’t.
It’s on a couple of the walls and neither are external (apart from interior of a window area).
Any idea what the issue is? I did some small patching with filler, but not sure it was those areas and certainly not all parts filled have done it.
