1 cold water tap has stopped running

The cold water tap has stopped running in bath while cold water pressure in sink has increased, a deep humming noise has been coming from water system when we flush toilet then if we turn sink tap on the humming becomes lower, please help. thanks

is the taps etc tank fed or mains ?

If all the supplies are from the mains, then you have a problem with the supply.
Has this just happened, are they digging holes in the road?

This happened a couple years ago and a plumber went upstairs and fixed it in no time.
