Hi All,

Just bought a 04 206 with steering wheel audio controls, car currently has an after market Pioneer head unit.

I intend to replace the Pioneer with a Sony unit that is compatible (via an adaptor) with the Pug audio controls, however, I can only find two ISO connectors behind the dash - the power & speakers. Am I right in thinking there should be a third connector for this?

There are no signs of cut wires or anything - I'm a bit confused!!

There is a 3rd connector.

It has about 20 pins on it (looking at the back of an old pug206 radio).

It must be there somewhere if they have not removed it.

Thanks Mattylad, I thought there must be - I'll have another good look.

Thanks again.

Okay, after further searching, I still cant find a third connector.

This evening, I removed the steering column cowel to check out the other end. I discovered that lighting, wipers & audio controls are all one block, all of which only have 11 wires (two of which appear to be for the keys in ignition warning buzzer).

All these wires enter various looms around the fusebox area.

Can anyone advise on where to go next with this?

There are two wires on the car side of the power ISO that are not used on the radio side of the plug - I'm not convinced these are the connections I'm looking for.

Cant do it right now, but when I get a chance I'll take the radio out of our 206 & have a look.

If you could, that would be great, thanks a million - I'll watch this space!
