The boiler does not fire up when the heating or water is switched on. The demand light comes on and the pump can be heard but not heating or hot water. Can anyone give advise please

Over heat tripped?? in side the outcase on the top of the control panel??
Fan seized?? Fan is a specialist job though and should not be DIY'd!
BG will do a fixed repair for 170 - 200 including parts and labour!
