I have a house from 1900, with several additions that are only accessible from floor access ports. I want to tile the floor as opposed to laminate flooring, but has anyone seen a massive removable floor access port with ceramic tile installed. I have 8 years of professional remodel experience, so I can handle 95% of dumb crap people want to do. Now I'm the guy wanting some dumb crap. Any ideas?

You need to build a recessed frame and tile inside the frame, similarly to block paving manhole covers but of the correct thickness.
See images attached.
Bear in mind that the frame edges will be visible, so if you rarely access it, you could use a coloured silicone to seal them.
