My living room currently has one ceiling light which operates on a two way switch. I have had a look in the switches and It has the following wires:
Switch 1: 2 twin and earth cables, one with 2 red and earth, the other with 1 red, 1 blue and earth.

Switch 2: 1 twin and earth with 1 red, 1 yellow and earth.

I want to add two wall lights switching independently. Is it possible to add a switch for each wall lights to each of the existing switches using dual dimmer switches on both? I want to avoid channelling a completely new switch position if possible.

Cheers

Those sound like an odd combination of wires, is there not red+yellow+blue+ earth in the same cable?
What you say will not operate as a normal 2 way switch.
It doesn't sound to me like there is a neutral at the switch so the answer is no, it is not as easy as that.
You can't have 2 bog standard 2 way dimmers running the same light also.

as spark123 said you can not do what you wish to do with what you have.

you will have to case the walls for a new switch

you first need to understand how lighting is generally wired
