Hi, I have a couple of questions and need some advice.
First off, I'm in the middle of renovating my house, and need to move a radiator to a different wall. I've put a pic below showing the current piping to said radiator. Piping is currently 15mm into 10mm to the radiators. The two pipes coming off the Ts in the pic will no longer be needed. Would I best just cutting them and capping them off, or seen as though pipes that will remain are being altered to add the T's further along, just cut the 15mm pipes, put new reducers on and start over with fresh piping?

Second, this pic is taken from underneath the pipes for the bathroom towel rad.
Should I be worried about how that looks? Also the floor bored above them pushes one of the pipes down on the T. Would I be able to bend that so that it does touch?
