AEG ELECTROLUX LAVAMAT 62820

we have this aeg electrolux lavamat 62820 washing machine.
and cannot get the fabric conditioner into the machine ,it stays in the tray.
Anybody have any ideas.

Don't know if yours has it but some of the Lavamats have a motorised device for moving the water jet to different compartments of the drawer. These do fail sometimes as there are tiny plastic gears that can strip their teeth.
