i've just bought a new house and i'm looking to extend over the garage. ive bought a 3 bed detached with a garage on the side built in 82. as far as i'm aware the foundations for the garage are the same as the rest of the house so i dont think they need to be altered. i was just after a very very rough idea of how much i would be looking at to get it built. the size of the extension would be approx 10mx3m. everything internal i would do myself as i'm a plasterer and my dads an electrician. sorry for the huge lack of information. and rough ideas would be a great help. cheers
