Changed a 3 port valve on a Y Plan 2 days ago. Since then the boiler locks out after a couple of minutes when the central heating on. Checked the pump and it is running. Bled it as well but still no change. In CH/DHW mode the boiler doesn't lock out, although only the upstairs rads get hot. Tried turning the upstairs rads off but the downstairs are still cold. In CH mode the return pipe gets hotter than the flow, which led me to believe it was the pump. Tried changing pump speeds, still no change.
Boiler is a Glow Worm (can't remember mode).
Any ideas?
