air lock

i have one radiator which keeps getting airlocked, i think that air may be being taken in at the expansion pipe vent, does anyone know how to solve this?

Without knowing the exact layout of your pipes this is a bit difficult. It may be possible to cure it by turning the pump speed down. It might not be air. try holding a container upside down above the vent when you bleed the radiator, then see if you can light the gas in the container. If you can it's hydrogen from corrosion, so just add some in hibitor to the system.
