i recently changed an old rad for a new one drianed system etc reconnected back up bled rads but now have no hot water coming through. i have an old back boiler, why has this happend?
Do you have a pump? If so, close all the other rads and let the pump blast through your new rad.
Are you sure the valves on the new rad are open at both ends? Especially if you have a thermostatic valve?
If you have a feed and expansion tank in the loft, are you sure it is making up the system? I.e if you drain a bucket of water out, does the same amount get supplied from the tank? The feed pipe often gets blocked with sediment and you only realise after fitting a new rad.
