hi having problems with my alarm. i opened my garage door yesterday not with the key i just pulled down the catches, now when i set the alarm it doesnt set it just beeps and has the number 8 showing. anyone know what this is?

Your alarm ! Not a mind reader ! Lol ...look at your user book, have you got one with a zone list of items on the alarm system ... Door contacts will normally be fitted to the frame with a magnetic contact on the door .... Then again it be nothing to do with this ....
