well having just had a clutch fitted to my not so much surprise i broke down.
it would appear the alternator connector has been sabotaged underneath the engine, fair their is some green oxide if that what it is with copper wires dotted about in it with what looks like fibre board backing.
the true give away would be the tappered indentation where presumably snips have been used cutting through the sleeving.
strangley enough not having problem before but only lasting one day running on battery without warning lights illuminating it would be fair to say it is definatly sabotage.
my question would be which is best way to repair it.
