Aluminium door hinge adjustment

I have a 'WarmCore' single aluminium door which is catching along the bottom threshold. There is a obvious gap along the top edge, and the rubber seal is catching along the bottom edge. The door looks square in the frame so I don't believe it needs heel/toe. More, that the door as a whole needs to shift 'up' in the frame.

Can anyone tell from the hinge, if it is in any way adjustable?
