Hi all,

does anyone know of an effective and long lasting anti-graffiti paint, to paint an exterior render wall? Ideally it would blend in with the cream wall paint on the wall, which is the large end of terrace wall to a shared victorian house in deepest East London...

?Cheap, ?non sacrificial

Are there any products where the aerosol paint just runs off?

help from anyone that has used these products would be greatly appreciated...

If you catch the oiks who are doing it, spray them with their own paint, hair and all. Let them try and explain that away to their parents and friends. ;)

most anti-graffiti coatings are designed to make the removal easier by sealing the surface and preventing the paints from penetrating or by providing a sacrificial coating that the graffiti sticks to instead of the wall. this is then washed off along with the graffiti. however neither prevent the graffiti being applied in the first place and be repeatedly cleaning you are simply providing a new canvass for the artist to show off their latest design!
if there was a coating that caused the paint to run as it was applied then their "works of art" could never take shape and so the end result they desire could never be achieved (a bit like them trying to paint on water...pointless!
we have just finished development on such a system that is clear and durable (25 year life). in tests walls that have been subject to continuous attacks have remained clean and free (as the word quicly spreads after just a few weeks of abortive attempts!). please feel free to contact me for further info.
