Aqua board: For skimming or tiling?

Was wondering if you can do either tiling or skimming on top of aqua board, and can you tile in dry (ish) areas over plaster board?

Also, where other than B and Q can I get it cheaply?

Yes to all the q,s try wickes as they are doing a special in my local at the moment.
