Been using the above shower for about ten years, over this time it has had a new cartridge (under warranty) and a new pump fitted.
It is now demonstrating a problem whereby the temperature dial has to be near enough on max in order to get a comfortable shower, I am guessing that the cartridge needs replacing again - could anyone confrim that based on the symptoms please?
I notice on ebay that there are service kits available which consist of 'O' ring seals etc. do you think it is worth trying that solution first or would the seals failing be indicated by completely different symptoms?
